- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, please contact us for assistance.
Services:
- Refunds for services may be provided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of ion Labs. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 business days of purchase to discuss your concerns.
